office efficiency.
Job Title: Career Skills Program (CSP) Coordinator
Reports To: Contract Installation Manager (CIM)
Job Summary:
The Career Skills Program (CSP) Coordinator is responsible for offering employment skills
training opportunities to Soldiers and occasionally other service members transitioning from
military to civilian employment. The role involves program planning, administrative and
logistical support, and reporting to ensure the effective execution of the Army’s Career Skills
Program (CSP). The CSP Coordinator works with various partners, including employers,
professional associations, unions, education providers, and industry leaders, to establish
valuable job opportunities for transitioning Soldiers.
Job Title: Financial Counselor
Reports To: Contract Installation Manager (CIM)
Job Summary:
The Financial Counselor is responsible for providing financial planning services to transitioning
Service Members and their Family Members at the TAP Center. This role involves conducting
workshops and providing one-on-one financial counseling to help Service Members and their
families achieve financial readiness before transitioning from the Active Army or Reserve
Components. The counselor will offer guidance on a wide range of financial matters, including
budgeting, debt management, savings plans, and investment strategies.

Job Title: Education Counselor
Reports To: Contract Installation Manager (CIM)
Job Summary:
The Education Counselor is responsible for coordinating, publicizing, facilitating, and hosting the
Army's 2-day AHE Track Seminars to assist transitioning Service Members and their families. This
role includes providing individual counseling, supporting hiring and education events, and
ensuring that the AHE workshops meet all content and logistical requirements. The Education
Counselor will also ensure that transitioning individuals have access to the necessary resources
for a successful transition, including academic and career guidance.

Job Summary:
The Transition Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive support and services to
transitioning Service Members and their Family Members at the TAP Center. The role involves
individual counseling, career development assistance, and facilitating various workshops and
briefings to ensure that Service Members are well-prepared for civilian life. The counselor will
guide Service Members through the transition process, develop individualized Transition Plans
(ITPs), and offer ongoing support to meet the unique needs of each client.
