Job Title: Financial Counselor

Job Summary:
The Financial Counselor is responsible for providing financial planning services to transitioning Service Members and their Family Members at the TAP Center. This role involves conducting workshops and providing one-on-one financial counseling to help Service Members and their families achieve financial readiness before transitioning from the Active Army or Reserve Components. The counselor will offer guidance on a wide range of financial matters, including budgeting, debt management, savings plans, and investment strategies.​​​​​​

Job Title: Career Skills Program (CSP) Counselor
Reports To: Contract Installation Manager (CIM)
Job Summary:
The Career Skills Program (CSP) Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive support and guidance to transitioning Service Members and their Family Members participating in CSP opportunities at the TAP Center. This role involves delivering individualized counseling, assisting with career planning, and aligning CSP participation with each Service Member’s transition goals. The counselor supports the development and refinement of Individual Transition Plans (ITPs), ensuring integration of CSP activities that lead to meaningful civilian employment outcomes. Additionally, the CSP Counselor facilitates briefings, monitors participant progress and program compliance, and provides ongoing support throughout the transition process.

The specialist assists with processing documentation, coordinating appointments, and ensuring compliance with administrative procedures related to transition services. Additionally, the Administrative Specialist supports workshop logistics, prepares materials for briefings, and serves as a point of contact for inquiries, delivering professional customer service. The position requires close coordination with counselors, installation leadership, and external partners to ensure seamless administrative support and effective program execution.​

Job Title: Contract Installation Manager
Reports To: Program Manager/Director of Operations
The Contract Installation Manager (CIM) is responsible for overseeing daily contract operations and ensuring the successful delivery of services at assigned installation locations. The CIM serves as the primary on-site representative for Wisdom Tree Technologies and manages personnel, contract compliance, customer service, and operational performance in support of Government objectives.
This role includes supervising staff, coordinating with Government stakeholders, monitoring contract requirements, preparing reports, and ensuring high-quality support services are delivered to Service Members, Veterans, and their Family Members. The CIM promotes operational efficiency, professionalism, and mission readiness while maintaining compliance with company and Department of Defense policies and procedures.
