The counselor will offer guidance on a wide range of financial matters, including budgeting, debt management, savings plans, and investment strategies.

Job Title: Career Skills Program (CSP) Counselor

Job Summary:
The Career Skills Program (CSP) Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive support and guidance to transitioning Service Members and their Family Members participating in CSP opportunities at the TAP Center. This role involves delivering individualized counseling, assisting with career planning, and aligning CSP participation with each Service Member’s transition goals. The counselor supports the development and refinement of Individual Transition Plans (ITPs), ensuring integration of CSP activities that lead to meaningful civilian employment outcomes. Additionally, the CSP Counselor facilitates briefings, monitors participant progress and program compliance, and provides ongoing support throughout the transition process.

Job Title: Administrative Specialist
Reports To: Contract Installation Manager (CIM)
The Administrative Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the TAP Center, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality service delivery to transitioning Service Members and their Family Members. This role involves managing scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and supporting data entry and reporting requirements in accordance with program standards. The specialist assists with processing documentation, coordinating appointments, and ensuring compliance with administrative procedures related to transition services. Additionally, the Administrative Specialist supports workshop logistics, prepares materials for briefings, and serves as a point of contact for inquiries, delivering professional customer service. The position requires close coordination with counselors, installation leadership, and external partners to ensure seamless administrative support and effective program execution.
