Scott Allen,
President and CEO
Founder and President of Wisdom Tree Technologies since inception of the company in 2007. Prior to that he served as Principal Advisor and Special Assistant to the Under Secretary of Defense Intelligence - USD(I), Pentagon, on Threat Finance (TF). As the TF Portfolio manager at USD(I), the CEO to the Director of Intelligence Technology; Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Resources and Technology. He was responsible for the formulation, creation, and execution of the Department's TF mission set as it pertains to intelligence and operationalizing intelligence-related issues. The CEO authored the first USD(I) TF Intelligence Policy Memo to the Defense Department's Intelligence Agencies/Directors, co-authored the original Department of Defense (DoD) comprehensive policy on TF, and co-authored the DoD training program for TF.
The CEO has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky, an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University, and is completing his PhD. Dissertation in Community Leadership and Education from Murray State University (MSU).
Served honorably and retired after twenty years of service as a Lt Col from the United States Air Force.
Cindy Knooihuizen,
Chief Financial Officer
The CFO is an Accounting Professional with Finance and Accounting experience. Expertise in preparing financial statements, monitoring daily cash transactions, accounts receivable/payable ledgers and recording all financial activity from a small business to a large international corporation with 11,000+ employees. Manage and price contract proposals, DCAA accounting policies & procedures, regulations for certification. Exceptional time management and organizational skills contributed to internal control optimization.
The CFO has earned numerous financial related certificates from Fred Pryor online learning. Additionally, attended the Buffalo Vocational Technical Center garnering the Academic Excellence in Computerized Accounting Award. The CFO is also certified in tax preparation.
When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband
of over 30 years, working on a project around their home or planning their next vacation to visit their 3 wonderful daughters and 3 precious granddaughters.
Scott Staggs,
Director of Corporate Security
The SSO has proven skills in Program and Security Management, Team Leadership, Process Improvement, Physical and Industrial Security and Communications. Managed more than 90 personnel in administrative support positions geolocated across the entire U.S. Achieved commendable results on every national agency security inspection.
The SSO has earned a Bachelor of Criminal Justice from Bethel University College of Public Service, and is pursuing a Master of Criminal Justice from Bethel University College of Professional Studies. Retired with over 22 years’ experience in various Military Intelligence disciplines from the U.S.
Army.
Allen Reeves,
Chief Operating Officer
Allen Reeves serves as Chief Operating Officer as well as assisting in Business Development for WTT. He handles a majority of day to day operations of the business, including financials, government contacts, and personnel management. He also assists with the identification of business opportunities, builds and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborates with other executive staff on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluates current business performance and maximizes business reach and potential. He has a Bachelors in Natural Science with a focus on Chemistry from Murray State University, as well as previously assisting in chemistry research at both the University of Kentucky and the University of Southern Indiana. In his spare time he enjoys playing guitar and drums for a local band, reading, and writing.
Tom Jeffery,
Senior Business
Development
and Proposal Writer
Tom Jeffery is Wisdom Tree Technologies' Senior Business Development and Proposal Writer as well as a conduit for WTT business pursuits. Tom, originally from Hendersonville, TN, and now residing in Williamsburg, VA, is a former USAF Aircraft Maintenance Officer supporting A-10, F-111, and F-16 jet fighter aircraft. He was handpicked for a selectively manned command-wide inspection position at Langley AFB, HQ Tactical Air Command (now Air Combat Command).
Tom was recognized for outstanding leadership during Operation Desert Storm and later spent time as a contractor in Kabul and Mezar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan, as a leadership advisor training, mentoring, and assessing the entire Afghan Air Force logistics and scheduling system supporting C-130 and C- 208 fixed wing aircraft, and Mi-17 and Mi-35 helicopters. Tom has worked for a number of defense contractors including EG&G, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, and Booz-Allen- Hamilton. Tom holds a BS degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, and a MS
degree from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA. Married to the former Winette Sparkman, Tom and Winette have five grown children. Tom enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, playing guitar, and operating the three steam engine locomotives at the Busch Gardens Williamsburg theme park.
